We use WhatsApp integration solely to send notifications regarding transactions, reminders, and invitations to provide feedback. Integrate Consulting does not directly collect personal data via WhatsApp. However, your mobile phone number is securely stored within Odoo SH, our ERP platform, strictly to facilitate sending these notifications.
Data Storage and Security
Your mobile phone number is stored securely on Odoo SH, hosted by Google LLC in Saudi Arabia. Security measures are implemented and managed by Odoo SH, and access to this data within Odoo is restricted solely to our Privacy Manager, who serves as the ERP administrator.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not share your personal data or mobile phone numbers with third parties, other than the necessary storage provided by Odoo ERP (considered here as a third party solely in its role as our ERP service provider).
Data Retention
We retain your mobile phone number and relevant data for as long as your customer account remains active. After two (2) years of inactivity, your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

International Data Transfers
Your data is stored and processed in Saudi Arabia using Google LLC cloud hosting services, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy regulations and industry standards.
